Anna Puig
Viola
Anna es miembro de la Mahler Chamber Orchestra y de la Luzern Festival Orchestra así como solista de violas de Camerata Bern. Mantiene una gran actividad camerística colaborando en formaciones heterogéneas que abarcan tanto desde el clásico hasta la música popular. Toca regularmente con músicos como Amandine Beyer, Patricia Kopachinskaja, Antje Weithaas, Sarah Nemtanu, Simon Crawford-Philipps, Jaan Bossier, Jacques Zoon, entre otros.
Gran interesada en la pedagogia, Anna es profesora de viola y música de cámara en el Conservatorio Superior de Música de Barcelona y participa asíduamente como profesora en jóvenes orquestas de todo Europa así como en proyectos educativos que trabajan con personas en riesgo de exclusión social en países como Brasil, India, Colombia, entre otros. Anna estudió en el Conservatorio de Música de su pueblo natal en Cervera con Paul Cortese y prosiguió sus estudios musicales en la Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler de Berlín con Walter Küssner y Tabea Zimmermann.

- Bachelor degree in Viola and Chamber Music with the highest marks under Paul Cortese in Conservatorium in Barcelona.
- Bachelor degree in Viola "Diplom-Prüfung" with the highest marks under Water Küssner and Tabea Zimmermann in the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin.
- Master degree "Künstlerisches Weiter Ausbildung" under Tabea Zimmermann in the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin.

CHAMBER MUSIC
- From 2014-2018 Founding Member of Dalia Quartet.
- From 2011-2017 Member of PortKlezmer together with Jaan Bossier.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
- Since 2017 teacher of Viola and Chamber Music in the Conservatori Superior de Música de Barcelona.
- Since 2009 Masterclasses given in Fundación Baremboin-Said, Conservatorio Superior de Música in Córdoba, Vigo, Forum Musikae in Madrid, Càtedra Cervera (Spain), Instituto Baccarelli (Brasil).
- Since 2008 Regular guest teacher in the Youth Orchestra of Catalunya (JONC), Youth Orchestra of Spain (JONDE), Youth Orchestra of Basque Country (EGO), Youth Orchestra of Poland, South-African National Youth Orchestra (SANYO).
- Participation in educational projects as a member of MCO such as Feel the Music, the outreach initiative Songbound giving children in impoverished areas access to music, and together with associations and organisations that develop projects to integrate and educate children at risk of exclusion.
SOLOIST EXPERIENCE
- Performances around Spain and Switzerland with different ensembles featuring Martinu Rhapsody-Concerto with the Youth Orchestra of Catalunya, Telemann Concerto with Ensemble 430 in Vigo (Spain), Hindemith Trauermusik with Camerata Bern in Elfenau, Mozart Symphonie Concertante in the International Festival of Music in Cervera (Spain).
- Future performances include Britten Lachrymae with Camerata Bern in 2020 and Recitals in Catalunya performing the solo viola work of Jordi Cervelló which will be released in CD during 2020.
