Hiroka Matsumoto Violín Hiroka Matsumoto nace en Tokio en abril de 1995 y ofrece su primer recital en Budapest a la edad de nueve años. Inicia su formación con los profesores Koichiro Harada y Gerard Poulet en Japón. Estudia posteriormente con Boris Kuschnir, Boris Brovtsyn y Denise Benda en la Universidad de Música y Artes de Viena. En 2016 obtiene el título de Bachelor y en 2019 el título de máster con distinción. Actualmente estudia en la Faculty of Policy Managementen la Universidad de Keio (Tokio).
En diciembre de 2009 tiene el privilegio de tocar el violín que utilizó Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart cuando era un niño, que pertenece a la International Mozarteum Foundation, por primera vez fuera de Austria, en Tokio.
Ha recibido numerosos premios nacionales e internacionales: segundo premio en la 10th Wieniawski and Lipinski International Competition en 2006, primer premio en la 61st Japan Music Competition 2007 en Tokio, el 1st Yehudi Menuhin Next Generation Award (Kronberg Academy en Alemania en 2009), el IMA Music Award 2009 en Japón, el ABC Music Award 2010 en Osaka, la 54th Weimar Masterclass' Audience Prize 2013 en Weimar, primer premio en la Fidelio Special Chamber Music Competition 2015 en Viena, tercer premio en la International Chamber Music Competition 2016 en Torino, primer premio en el Audience Prize en la Osaka International Competition Duo Category 2016, y tercer premio en el Boulder International Duo Competition 2016.
Como solista ha actuado con la Tokyo Symhony Orchestra, Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, Japan Century Orchestra, New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, Japan Philharmonic Orchestar, Liszt Ferenc Chamber Orchestra, Györ Philharmonic Orchestra of Hungary, Jena Philharmonic Orchestra of Germany, y Poland Philharmonic Baltic Orchestra.
Hiroka recibe becas de la Yamaha Music Foundation de 2009 a 2012, la Meikiyasuda Cultural Foundation de 2012 a 2014 y la Agency for Cultural Affairs Governement of Japan de 2014 a 2017. Hiroka Matsumoto was born in Tokyo in April 1995 and gave her first recital in Budapest when she was nine years old. She studied with Prof. Koichiro Harada and Prof. Gerard Poulet in Japan. She has studied with Prof. Boris Kuschnir, Prof. Boris Brovtsyn and Prof. Denise Benda at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna, in 2016 she received her bachelor's degree and in 2019 her master's degree with distinction. She is currently studying at the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University. In Dec. 2009 in Tokyo, she had an honor to play the infant violin which was used by the young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and is owned by the International Mozarteum Foundation for the first time outside of Austria. As a Soloist, she has performed with Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, Japan Century Orchestra, New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, Liszt Ferenc Chamber Orchestra, Györ Philharmonic Orchestra of Hungary, Jena Philharmonic Orchestra of Germany, and Poland Philharmonic Baltic Orchestra of Poland. The scholarship provided by Yamaha Music Foundation from 2009 to 2012, The Meijiyasuda Cultural Foundation supported her from 2012 to 2014 and Agency for Cultural Affairs Government of Japan supported her from 2014 to 2017. |
